I have received this message this morning:
"Following the implementation of the new Housing ICT System, CIVICA CX, we now have to carry out some essential maintenance to ensure that the system performs appropriately and supports our tenants.
While this happens, we have moved to emergency repair orders only from this morning (10th August) at 08:00.
Tenants who call our Contact Centre are being asked to call back after 08:00 on 12th August to report non-emergency repairs and a message has been put on the LCC website.
Our aim is to resume a full repairs ordering system very shortly and we will review and update this message regularly."
