I have just received this note from the Highways Area Network Team:
"I am writing to inform you that Yorkshire Water have notified us of an emergency mains water burst on Leeds Road, Bramhope, near Golden Acre park.
For safety to road users and maximise traffic flow, they have installed 2 way signals, and are hoping to be finished and have the lights removed by the end of today, please expect delays during this afternoons busy period.
We will be an Officer calling there this afternoon to check progress and if anything changes, I will provide an update.
