"Further to the email below I am writing to inform you that an enforcement notice was served on LBA this afternoon in relation to the flying of aircraft with a Quota Count of 1. The enforcement notice requires them to cease all departures of Quota Count 1 aircraft in the night time period (2300 to 0700) within 28 days from the notice taking effect.
The notice will take effect on the 17th October, following this ( if there has not been an appeal) and then the airport will have till 14th November to comply."
