After revising our consultation plans for Mass Transit in light of the general election, we can confirm that public consultation on our phase one Mass Transit route options is now live. The consultation will run for 11 weeks, beginning on the 15th July and closing on Monday the 30th September.
Briefings on the consultation have been offered to all elected members representing areas where a route option is proposed.
In addition, we are providing the attached summary Briefing Document with key information on the Mass Transit consultation, plus details of our concurrent consultation on our LTP4 plans.
We have also provided a Mass Transit Frequently Asked Questions document, which we hope you will find useful. This includes a Standard Response core text to assist you with referring members of the public to our Mass Transit consultation communication channels. We recognise that Mass Transit is a West Yorkshire Combined Authority project, and so we would recommend that anyone with questions on the proposals are directed to us as part of the consultation process.
