"LBA Applications for Certificate of Lawful Existing Use - 23/07491/CLE and 23/07493/CLE
Decisions refusing two of the four Applications have been issued today.
In terms of the CLUED applications two of these applications have now been determined (applications number 23/07491/CLE and 23/07493/CLE). Both applications have been refused, the reasons for refusal and officer reports on these applications are published on public access. The other two applications require significant analysis of complex data which is taking time to assess, and we hope to make a decision on these two applications in the coming months."
