You may have been following my updates on the issues raised about right-turning traffic at the above junction when the traffic is turning right coming from the Bramhope direction to go up Holt Lane and the lack of obvious signalling once you move your car over the lines of the junction ready to turn right.
The Highways Engineer has now advised me of the changes made, below:
"Dear Cllr Anderson,
You may have noticed on site, but following internal discussions, the “secondary” traffic signal head has been moved to the opposite side of the junction to ensure it is visible for those vehicles that have entered the junction to turn right. We hope that this will resolve the problems that residents were faced with and will make the junction more efficient and safer to use."
