Further to the notices below, I am advised the application is back on the portal. Planning have advised as follows:
“The application is now live again and pending consideration with a new 8 week period and determination date of 16.12.2024. A site notice will be displayed in due course.”
Further to information previously posted, below, I made enquiries of the Planning Department as to why the application is no longer on the Planning Portal and I have been advised as follows:
"Thank you for your email received, please be advised further information has been requested as of today for existing and proposed elevations for the project in connection with the application 24/04953/FU. The delay in being able to view the application will continue until received as this further delay affects validation requirements. There is a date of 22.10.2024 for the information to be received.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause."

Comments can be made, quoting the application number, either in writing to the Development Enquiry Centre, Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds LS2 8BB, by email to [email protected] or by placing comments directly on to the Planning Portal www.leeds.gov.uk/publicaccess
The closing date for comments is Wednesday 16th October 2024

Click on the box entitled “Search for a Planning Application” then scroll down and click the green box entitled “Search planning applications using Public Access” then scroll down to the box entitled Enter a keyword, reference number, postcode or single line of an address.
In that box type the reference number 24/04953 and click “Search”. The application will come up on screen and you can look at the documents lodged there.
