Residents have been asking when the new Co-op store on the Springwood estate will open. I have been chasing this up for months and have now received the update below from the Co-op:
"I expect it will now be Q1 next year when this opens as we do not launch stores on the run up to Christmas due to pressures on operational teams.
We are also having issues with lead in times for new refrigeration at the moment as it all comes from Italy."
