Please find below a link to a public consultation on Dogs in Public Spaces Protection Order. The current Order expired in August and some new additions have been put in to the new proposals.

You may or may not be aware that the Dogs, Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) expired in August Dogs in Public Spaces Protection Order (leeds.gov.uk)(PSPO).
The proposed Order will include the requirements of the 2021 Order with a small number of additions. These additions have been included in the consultation following discussions with colleagues in Parks who have provided information as to ongoing persistent problems with dog control in these areas.
Under the requirements of the Legislation we must consult with the public and other persons with an interest in order to get their views."
