Changes to Christmas Bin collections

Season's greetings!
Over the next couple of weeks, all households will receive their customary leaflet letting them know the revised Christmas bin days.
This year, collection days will change between Sunday 22nd December until Sunday 5th January to make sure everyone gets a collection over the festive period.
The leaflet will also again come with a handy reminder of all the many things you can put in your green bin for recycling – which now of course includes your glass bottles and jars! Don’t forget, if you have more glass bottles than usual, you can still use your local bottle bank!
You can also check your day bin days online at www.leeds.gov.uk/xmasbins or download the Leeds Bins app for bin day reminders straight to your phone.
All bin collections return to their normal scheduled days from Monday 6th January.
