"Advent is always keen to engage with the community and we are so pleased at the positive reception our development has received by our neighbours in Adel.
Before we open our sales centre to the public we are having an exclusive community afternoon on Saturday 8th June 2024 from noon to 4pm. This is to allow our neighbours in Adel to see the scheme detail as well as to visit the construction site to see progress.
I know there is a great deal of interest in the scheme particularly as so many Adel residents are familiar with it."
